Please be advised the Village of Middleville PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on June 7, 2022 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible to consider an application for REZONING of the properties located at 516 and 512 Broadway (also known as parcels #08-41-074-013-00 and #08-41-074-012-00). The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers during the regular Planning Commission meeting, which any interested person can attend at 100 E. The Rezoning application to be considered seeks Planning Commission recommendation for approval to Village Council to rezone parcels #08-41-074-013-00 and #08-41-074-012-00 from R-2 Medium Density Residential to C-2 Highway Commercial District.
Any interested person may attend the public hearing to offer comments to the Planning Commission.
