Please be advised the Village of Middleville PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on October 6, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible to consider the proposal for a preliminary plat for Seneca Ridge #2. Pursuant to Sec. 30-44 of the Middleville Code of Ordinances and Michigan Land Division Act, MCL 560.101, a public hearing is required to held by the Planning Commission. This hearing will be held via zoom teleconference during the regular Planning Commission meeting, which any interested person can participate by through the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81044792707 at 7 pm on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. The Planning Commission meeting will also be held via Zoom teleconference. The notice of the electronic meeting of the Planning Commission via Zoom teleconference, with further instructions and information regarding connecting to and participating in that meeting, may be found on the Village’s website at www.villageofmiddleville.org.
The applicant, Middleville Road, LLC, has submitted a preliminary plat for Seneca Ridge Plat – Phase 2 on parcel 08-41-022-022-30. The applicant is proposing a preliminary plat consisting of 38 lots on a total land area of 13.73 acres. The property is zoned R-2 Medium Density Single-Family Residential within the Town Center Planned Unit Development (PUD), for the intended use of single-family homes with public streets and sidewalks.
Any interested person may attend the public hearing to obtain information about the preliminary plat or to offer comments to the Planning Commission. A copy of the preliminary plat is available via email request to the Village Clerk, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Persons with special needs who wish to attend should contact the Village Clerk no less than 72 hours prior to the public hearing.
