Emails received prior to 4:00 pm on June 14, 2021, at the above-listed address, will be distributed to Zoning Board of Appeals members and it will be noted that such written comments were received prior to the meeting. Persons with special needs who wish to attend should contact the Village Clerk no later than June 10, 2021 at 4:00 pm to make arrangements for participation. In all other respects, the June 14, 2021 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held in accordance with Michigan’s Open Meetings Act and the Council rules of procedure, as those rules may be modified from time to time.
