The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Village Hall, Council Chambers, and via electronic means using ZOOM online video conferencing.

Detailed instructions for joining the video conference of the meeting and providing public comments via video conference are available at the Village’s website www.villageofmiddleville.org.
Alternatively, to participate in the meeting by providing public comment, you can email your public comment to the following email address: schmidtk@villageofmiddleville.org. Emails received before 4:00 pm on April 20, 2021 at the above-listed email address will be distributed to DDA members and it will be noted that such written comments were received prior to the meeting.
Persons with disabilities may participate in the meeting and are asked to contact the DDA Office (via telephone (269) 241-1170 or via email to schmidtk@villageofmiddleville.org no later than April 19, 2021 at 4:00 pm to make arrangements for participation. In all other respects, the April 20, 2021 DDA meeting will be held in accordance with Michigan’s Open Meetings Act and the DDA rules of procedure, as those rules may be modified from time to time.
The DDA kindly requests all participants follow the guideline to wait to speak until asked during the meeting.
