Online Services/Bill Payment
Middleville offers residents an online service that allows access to property tax information, water/sewer billing information, as well as the ability to pay all bills including taxes, water/sewer bills, licenses/permits, parking tickets, etc.
By clicking on the link below, a resident can view information for their own property at no cost.
A fee of $6.95 will be charged if requesting information for any other property.
For access to your water/sewer account, enter your account number and your name. Each account number is 6-digits long, and account name is listed as last name, first name (i.e. Smith, Jane).
The fee schedule for credit card and ACH payments will be as follows:

Credit Card Fees
Property Tax:
2.8% +$0.50 per transaction
Utility Billing:
2.95% +$0.50 per transaction
Miscellaneous:
2.95% +$0.50 per transaction
ACH Fees
$3 per transaction
up to $1,000
$6 per transaction
up to $5,000
$12 per transaction
above $5,000
