The Village of Middleville Planning Commission will hold an Ordinance Committee meeting on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm via electronic meaning using ZOOM online video conferencing.
Members of the public wishing to participate in this meeting must do so electronically via the following website address https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85933605826, Meeting ID 859 3360 5826. Detailed instructions for joining the meeting’s video conference and providing public comments via video conference are found on the Village of Middleville website at villageofmiddleville.org.
Alternatively, to participate in the meeting by providing public comment, you may email your public comment to the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails received prior to 5:00 pm on February 25, 2021 at the above-listed address will be read aloud during public comment. Persons with special needs who wish to attend should contact the Village Clerk no later than February 24, 2021 at 2:00 pm to make arrangements for participation. In all other respects, the February 25, 2021 Ordinance Committee meeting will be held in accordance with Michigan’s Open Meetings Act and the Council rules of procedure, as those rules may be modified from time to time.
