Please be advised the Village of Middleville PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on January 4, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible to consider Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Rezoning application. This hearing will be held in the Council Chambers during the regular Planning Commission meeting, which any interested person can attend at 100 E. Main St. Middleville, MI 49333.
The Planning Commission will consider an application for a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Rezoning application located on parcels #08-41-022-138-00 and #08-41-022-130-00 (also known as 4611 M-37 and 4691 M-37). The applicant is seeking to rezone approximately 21.9 acres from C-2 Highway Commercial District to PUD – Planned Unit Development District for the purposes of a Final PUD plan. The final development plan consists of 144 total dwelling units, 3 commercial out lots, and proposed senior living facilities.
Any interested person may offer comments to the Planning Commission. Any interested person may attend the public hearing to obtain information about the rezoning and Final PUD or to offer comments to the Planning Commission. A copy of the rezoning and Final PUD applications is available via email request to the Village Clerk, at email@example.com. Persons with special needs who wish to attend should contact the Village Clerk no less than 72 hours prior to the public hearings.
