The Village of Middleville Planning Commission
will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:00 pm,
or as soon thereafter as possible,
in the Council Chambers at the Middleville Village Hall at 100 East Main Street.
The purpose of the PUBLIC HEARING is to receive public comment and consider an application for
Kellogg Crossing Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) on a property located at 3770 Bender Road, Middleville, Michigan (parcel #08-41-027-227-00)
The application seeks Planning Commission approval for a
Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) located on parcel #08-41-027-227-00
(also known as 3770 Bender Road, Middleville, MI 49333).
Pursuant to Division 14 of the Village of Middleville Code of Ordinances, Section 78-477,
the applicant is seeking approval of a Final PUD plan on approximately 12.41 acres
currently zoned R-1 Low Density Single Family Residential District.
The final development plan consists of 25 new single family lots
and one outlot containing the existing home, for a total of 26 lots,
developed in a single phase with an overall density of 2.22 units per acre.
New homes will range between 1,600–2,400 square feet
with 3–5 bedrooms, 2–3 bathrooms, and attached 2-car garages.
